Hunters Village itself has 119 “Full Title” freestanding homes. The secure Village estate is managed by an elected Management Committee, assisted by a professional Managing Agent appointed by the committee, and in accordance with the Hunter’s Village Constitution. The Village is fully built and fully serviced. Homeowners contribute to the on-going maintenance and development of the Village through a monthly levy paid to the Home Owners Association.

He has been in this position since 2008

Village supervisor

Karen van der Westhuizen’s duties include Office Secretarial and Administration as well as managing the domestic and gardening staff and the Village Microbus.

She also keeps the maintenance work updated and completed.
